Milan
Amedeo d'Aosta
In this small terrace located on the eight floor of a 1950’s building, a strong linear design works well.
A planter of Corten steel runs along the balustrade: a curtain of Equisetum (Horsetail) and Calamagrostis acutiflora ‘Karl Forster’ (Feather Reed) planted inside acts like a screen and insures privacy. At the same time, a cascade of Asparagus creates a lush green facade on the wall in front.
Furniture and sculpture have been created by the Milan-based artist Antonino Sciortino.
